        The secret was in our being ready by having all items packed in boxes awaiting the arrival of your men. I had obtained the Ryder truck and they provided excellent service as usual. The equipment was excellent and we encountered no problems.

        Your men had the 24 foot truck packed so neatly and efficiently - we couldn't have gotten a kleenex box inside and be able to close the door-it was a superb job!

        Dear Chris,

       I've told so many people this, and I think I should tell you as well: my move from Nashville to Seattle was the best move I've ever had. It's the only move where nothing was broken. About a year and a half ago I moved five blocks down the street within Nashville and several of my antiques were chipped or cracked. It is amazing to me that things went more smoothly when I moved 2,600 miles across the country. I want you to know how much I appreciate this.

       As you know, it was a logistically complicated move  and throughout the process I was impressed with your professionalism and follow-through. Everything went like clockwork and the truck arrived at my house in Seattle exactly when you said it would. I've told my friends that from now on,  I will not use any other mover (I think i'll be staying in Seattle).

Chris, Glen, and Kevin were there from 10:00am until 7:30pm. I can't figure out how they got all of our stuff into two Handy Andy "old ryders," but they did.         Dear Christopher,

    I am writing this letter to commend you and your  employees for the outstanding job done with regards to the moving of the contents of my house into six Door to Door containers. Initially, this job was  to load five containers but a miscalculation was made by Door to Door. Your crew came and meticulously loaded the five containers but it was soon evident that an additional container was needed. A call was placed to Door to Door and an additional container was delivered later that evening. We had a deadline to move due to the closing date of the house sale and this pushed our time frame into the last day available to move.

    The month of may being a busy moving month and the fact that we had hired your company to only pack five containers durinf the course of a day did not deter you from accomodating my needs the needs of my family. Almost immediately you called to let me know we could have your movers back the next day to load the extra container in this emergency situation. Even scheduling them to come back at a specific time as to not interfere with our preset appointment with the escrow company!

    Moving is a stressful time even when all things go smoothly, but when there is a miscalculation and two screaming children in the room it can feel like a dire emergency. Your professionalism and willingness to assist our family and help when the problem was caused by ANOTHER company confirmed to me that there are still great businessmen out there that care for their customers and a job well done. In addition, all of the movers were knowledgable, polite, quick and professional. Your brochure states that your company serves its customers with "Quality, Integrity, Economy, and Dependability". This is definatly a guarantee Aaron Glide lives up to 100%!

They arrived at 9 am and had everything loaded by 11:30. I can't find the card with their names, but one guy stayed in the pod and loaded it very expertly while the other two brought the items out. Things were loaded very securely, and carefully. They were extremely careful with our stuff and were easy on the house as well. I plan to use them again in the near future.

The men were professional and very careful with my goods, nothing was damaged. They were courteous and I enjoyed the move. There were very friendly. There were four of them, so it went quickly. I would highly recommend them. The price was reasonable.

As always when I have used Aaron Glide, the move went perfectly. The two movers assigned to me were congenial, knowledgeable, skilled and strong. They were efficient and excellent to work with. They arrived at my house at the scheduled time, 9:45 a.m. with the truck and had my furniture packed, moved and in my new condominium in less than five hours. No scratches to any furniture or walls occurred during the move. Everything was well padded, shrink wrapped and secured for the trip between homes. Nothing was lost or misplaced in this move unlike my experience with previous moving companies including a very well known and highly advertised one. I strongly recommend Aaron Glide as the best possible choice for a moving company anyone could make that lives in the Puget Sound Area even if your move requires out of town or out of state travel. Aaron Glide is THE BEST EVER!!!!

The young men were pleasant, competent in preparing and loading furniture etc. They were in Sequim earlier than I anticipated, which was very nice! The loading was done in 45 min, and they were on their way. Apparently they took another route, and a lunch break, and went first to the Sammamish place, which was not the way the furniture was loaded on the truck, and also didn't include pieces needed to be picked up in Bellevue. They came back to Bellevue, unloaded, reloaded, and also assisted my husband in re-arranging some pieces here. Then back to Sammamish to unload a sleeper sofa up 2 flights of stairs, and also a heavy dresser and chest of drawers and queen mattress. They were energetic and cooperative and got the job done- even though it took them all day, trips all over western WA, and they expended a lot of effort. we are totally pleased with Aaron Glide movers- if we have the need, we will call them again, and would certainly recommend them. The price was very fair and reasonable, and dealing with Chris in the office has been a pleasure. He is responsive and highly organized and clear in his questions, answers, etc. We had overpaid, due to a mis-understanding on my part, and got a phone call within hours, telling me this, and sending me the refund immediately.

We hired and picked up a 26 foot U-haul truck. John and Ben from Aaron Glide carefully assessed our possessions, and then very professionally loaded them in an efficient manner. There was no wasted space. They were very careful, especially with my husband's prize possesion, an 8 foot tall organ.They wrapped furniture peices with plastic; used blankets; laid down floor protection; and made sure boxes were stacked so they would not topple. We also had the company drive the U-haul to Spokane and do the unload. The unload went smoothly. John and Ben checked in with us frequently to assure they were delivering boxes and furniture to the right rooms. Again, they protected floors and walls; set up beds and placed furniture so that we had to do very little rearrangement.
From beggining to end, this has been a rewarding move with Aaron glide. Chris, our phone contact, did a very thorough assessment of our possessions over the phone and came in with an estimate for their services, which was acceptable to us. They arrived when they said they would, and actually did the work faster than projected, resulting in a substantial savings from the estimate. Chris also checked in with us after the move to assure we were satisfied. I'd absolutely recommend the services of Aaron Glide and would use them again in a heartbeat.
